The 7485BB-B is compatible with all domestic brand kegs. This coupler works with all American "D" system sankey kegs. This coupler features a 55-psi pressure relief valve and a nickel-plated forged brass body. To tap a keg all you have to do is pull out and then down on the lever handle to properly couple the keg.

Nice product but...
JakeMy other coupler has a seal at the top which keeps the beer from leaking. this one does not so I had to purchase a grommet to fit on top to prevent the beer from leaking since it is a metal on metal design. Wish I new that before I purchased it.
