Question:
I own this. Plastic handle disintegrated on me. How do I buy replacement parts?
by Hans on November 06, 2018
Answer:
Hello Hans,
I'm sorry to hear this happened if this purchase was made within a year we will send you a replacement unit as it will be under our 1 year parts and labor warranty. If not we ill have to buy a new coupler and these units run about $26 dollars. Hope this helps and thank you for your question.

Question:
I acquired a kegerator with this type of coupler, how does one disassemble it to give it a better clean?
by Dylan on February 08, 2024
Answer:
To remove the probe assembly from the coupler body you must remove the snap ring on top of the winged handle. Once that's been removed, the probe can be pulled out of the coupler for cleaning.
