The T220F-1/2T14 Tayfun Flash Chiller with 14 product lines is an ideal beer flash chiller. This flash cooler comes equipped with fourteen 30' stainless steel coils and a submerged agitator pump. This tayfun chiller foam in place of an insulated bath and an ice bank chiller for 1 to 14 beer, beverage, or water lines.

Flash chillers are a specific kind of refrigeration system used to cool alcohol and other beverages. A Flash Chiller or Cooler is ideal for dispensing ice cold seltzer, juice, tea and beers when there is limited refrigeration and it is impracticable to use cold plates and coils requiring a continuous supply of ice and drainage. Great Chiller for Fermentation

I took a chance and ordered this for fermentation temperature control. The chiller has a large water reservoir that stays at 40 degree Fahrenheit. The actual cooling coils are massive and even hot water has no chance against the cooling power of these coils. My setup includes a regular cooler to hold cool water and my water pumps (fish pond pumps). The pump pushes water through the coils and into my fermentors cooling jacket. I am actually thinking about removing all the cooling coils (or most of them) from the lid and just placing my pumps directly in the chillers water reservoir. I could easily cool multiple fermentors up to 4 or 5 BBL, depending on the cooling jacket or cooling setup. My only complaint is the lack of documentation. Luckily, it was plug and play. Up and fully chilled in a few hours. I have no plans on using this as an actual line chiller.
