Q&A

The Kegco LH-54S-4 Premium Pro Series Four Product Secondary Regulator is built with high end features. Secondary regulators are used when you are attempting to dispense two or more kegs off of the same Co2 tank at different pressures. A secondary regulator will allow you to lower the pressure to each keg individually.

You still need a primary regulator that then connects to the secondary with a piece of air line. Each secondary regulator has its own shut off valve and pressure adjustment knob, allowing you to set four different pressures on four different kegs and release the pressure from any one of the kegs. Secondary regulators are best mounted to a wall or the inside of the refrigerator.

  • Secondary CO2 or Mixed Gas Regulator
  • Wall mount bracket
  • Performance: 4 Pressures / 4 Kegs
  • Output Pressure Gauge: 0-60 PSI
  • Integral Safety pressure relief valve releases at 45 PSI
  • Outlet Barb: 5/16" Hose Barb x 1/4" mnpt
  • Chrome Plated Brass Body
  • Nickel-plated valve seats for high corrosion resistance
  • Constant pressure supply at high output flow rates
  • Has a large hand control which makes it easy to adjust the pressure inside keg

Great Product
Mike

I purchased the regulator to add to my Keezer build. The item arrived as planned and was packaged extremely well. I was able to install the device in a matter of minutes without any issues.

The system is very nice, the knobs are smooth and the locking rings are a great feature of the design. The shut off valves are great, they rotate all the way until you have feedback that they are closed, which allows me to ensure that the gas will not escape.

The best thing about the design and why I purchased this is that the system allows me to set pressure per keg, it is not a simple on off system like most are using in Keezer builds. Yes this cost more, however this is worth the money spent in my opinion.

I would purchase this system again if I need another one in the future.

Wedding Bar
PC

We used this as part of a 4 tap bar built for a wedding. Worked exactly how we wanted and needed it too with one tank for 4 separate kegs. It is well made, sturdy and heavy but mounted easily to frame and had no issues with the attachments either.

came ready to use but no instuctions
The Rube

The regulator came ready to use and tight, no worries about having to tighten the unit when you get it. As a beginner some instruction on how to use the unit would have been helpful.

good product
Phil

i was a little hesitant to order this becasue of the cheap price but i have been using it for 3 months now in my keezer and have had NO issues. easy turn dials, good display, and a solid hunk of stainless. there was a slight issue with the pressure relief valve, 2 of them were hard to pull out. spoke with customer service and they made a note of it but once i hooked up CO2 and put a little dab of keg lube on the valve. they are working perfectly now. great product

Question:
What do I set the pressure to on my primary regulator if I want each individual one put out 50 PSI? Also can this one be used for Nitrogen?
by Andrey on December 03, 2019
Answer:
Hello,
The primary regulator should be set to at least 10 PSI above the desired output pressure. This regulator has a safety blow off of 45 PSI, so it may not be the best for your application.
