Question:
are the shut off valves on the regulators also check valves?
by Klyde on August 16, 2020
Answer:
The shut off valves on this regulator do not have check valves. Most couplers, however, have a check valve on the gas side to prevent liquid from going back up into the gas line.

Question:
What pressure should my primary regulator that is on the co2 tank be set at? All 4 of my gauges on my secondary regulator read the same pressure no matter how I adjust the nobs.
by Jeff on September 24, 2021
Answer:
If you are pouring beer it should be set between 6-8 psi. If more pressure is needed go ahead and raise it. It is always easier to start low and work up than it is to start high and depressurize a keg.

Question:
It says a primary regulator is needed to supply these regulators. I understand these should be set to 6-8 psi to serve beer, but what should the primary regulator that supplies these regulators be set to?
by John on July 20, 2023
Answer:
The Primary just needs to be set higher than the secondary. The secondary regulator should be set between 8-12 PSI depending on your set up and type of beer.
