Glycyrrhiza Glabra has a long history of use by the Greeks, Egyptians, Chinese, and Hindus and extensively cultivated in Russia, Spain, Persia, and India. It was so valued that even King Tutankhamen was buried with a supply. This Glandular consists of Glycyrrhinzin which is 50 times sweeter than sugar and can be added to chocolate and candies to increase the sweetness or make root beers.
