Muntons is proud to offer this range of Spraymalts (Spray-dried malt extracts) in addition to their extensive ranges of grain malts and liquid malt extracts. Spraydrying is a particularly gentle and uniform way of converting liquid malt extracts into easy to store and handle powders.

Unopened and stored in cool and dry conditions, Spraymalts will keep for at least two years. The drying process converts each droplet of liquid malt extract into a fine powder particle in less than four seconds, ensuring that the full flavor of the malt is retained and that no off flavors or taints are introduced.

As with Muntons' liquid malt extracts, Spraymalts can be either used as brew-house extenders or as the entire base material for your recipe. Muntons Wheat Dry Malt Extract is excellent for all traditional wheat beer styles and for creative brewing with most other styles as well to add extra body and richness. Ideal for brewing German Style wheat beers and as an aid to head retention in normal beer styles.
