Good lid, inaccurate product description

I like the lid the handle is nice but the dimensions listed are way off the lid is about 24” in diameter. I bought it to use as a mash cap so it doesn’t fit for my purposes.

Inside the diameter dimension to the outer most edge of the lid or to the inset?
