BSG Weyermann CARAFOAM - 55 lb

Weyermann CARAFOAM is a drum-roasted caramel malt made from two-row, German barley which is especially successful when used to aid in creating better foam improvement. Weyermann Carafoam allows for a better and fuller head retention in your home brewed Pislner's, Bocks, and Light Beers. Suitable for all styles where these characteristics are desired. Contributes the same to your beer as CaraPils but with a slightly sweet flavor. Breweries are switching to this malt in place of CaraPils because lends a more interesting flavor.
