Had my first keg I about 5 years and it started to creep up in temperature Got the new unit and the beer is ice cold again

Looks great in my bar, perfect height for the built in unit. Customer service has been fantastic since I ordered many other kegging supplies and a few were overlooked in packing. Just 1 phone call was needed to make the order correct and items were shipped that day. I would give them a overall rating of A+++.

Easy to put together. Keeps beer very cold. THis is the 3rd kegerator I’ve owned and by far the best built, easiest to assemble. The beer temp is consistent. Nice and cold at 32 degrees. The thermostat is digital and very easy to read and set, so you get the exact temperature that you want. It is a bit trick getting two 1/2 kegs in there, but they do fit. The door is spring loaded, so the unit is always shut. Worth the extra money. I highly recommend this model.

Installed this kegerator under a kitchen counter and it fit perfectly. It only took 30 minutes for the unit to cool to 33 degrees and it maintains that temperature. I have 2 comments which keep the kegerator from 5 stars. First, the handle cannot be attached since the provided bolts are not long enough to reach through the thickness of the door. The holes are also hard to find and require pulling on the rubber seal which is not something you would normally want to do. Second, there is a hose which hangs from the cooling fan area in the inside back of the unit. A users manual picture suggests that this is to be fed into the tower (to cool the tower?) but it is not mentioned anywhere in any of the manuals. Great looking unit and very quiet. I would recommend this to others.

The Kegerator is nice. a little louder than expected, but it is manageable. The kit that comes with it is not the greatest. Is is sufficient, but I didn't love the couplers. They seemed cheap. The three-way air distributor has no way to mount to the inside of the kegerator. sure you can buy adhesive hooks, just be prepared to make it work. The plastic snap clamps would not snap. I tried everything but could not get them to work. I ended up using regular hose clamps. The Kegerator is worth it. Some of the kit stuff is useful, but not all of it. Those are some small things. Who knows if the kit will always be part of this deal.

Kegerator just works great. Last outdoor keg from different brand (no longer in biz) lasted one year. This Kegerator from Kegco you can just tell the quality from it coming out of the box to the first pour! Beverage Factory is fantastic to work with, great customer service. Honored earlier promotion since I didn’t complete transaction til 3 days later while I awaited my refund from another vendor. Top notch all the way around. Have already recommended company to friends who plan to purchase kegerator very soon

A bit pricey but worth every peny! I recommend this product.

I have this kegerator in my back patio in hot south Florida weather and it has no problem keeping my beer at 32*.

Easy to hook up and use. Love it so far! I had to use the low profile coupler fittings. There is not enough room for the beer lines inside without using those 90’s they will kink. I have mine set at 12 psi and 31*.

I am really pleased with the unit. I installed in my new bar so the tower was mounted on the bar top. No problem with the length of the beer lines and the tower is nice and cold with the internal fan. All parts are high quality and the unit was very easy to assemble. If you are going for an under the counter install I used a rubber flexible PVC coupling to insulate the space between the unit and the tower.

In the beer industry business and have always dealt with True or Beverage Air when it comes to direct draw units. This unit was much less expensive than either and works just as well. Highly recommend thinking about Kegco.

I had some years of service in the keg delivery business under my belt so I knew what I was looking for. This unit checks off all the boxes. We have it in an outdoor kitchen application in southwest Florida and even on a 90 plug degree day, I open that cooler door and I'm greeted with a frosty 34 degree blast of air. It's really incredible. Don't try and skimp with a regular kegerator. Get the outdoor rated one. There's a reason they're more expensive. Trust me, this one will give you many good times with friends and family. We've had it for about a year now and things are still running smooth. Make sure to clean your lines regularly to ensure the best tasting beer in town.

Product packaging was top notch - always a concern when something is shipped by truck. Pretty easy set-up as this is my first kegerator.
A couple of nits: the instructions were silent on the black plastic tube within the kegerator (goes into the tower to keep the tower cool); the instructions were silent on the 90 degree elbows that were included (attach to the coupler when using 1/6 barrels); although I ordered a two faucet tower, I received only one neoprene washer to use on the couplers.
Very happy with the product so far.

No German “A” taps will fit I would not recommend this product.

Good quality kegerator but if you like German beer, do not purchase this kegco kegerator. Kegs that use an “A” tap will not fit into the unit. I’m very disappointed. No mention of this on their website.

Easy to use website, shipped quickly and arrived quickly. Unbelievably well packed and arrived without a single mark on the box. Shipping company gave me a four hour window and arrived 10 minutes after the window started.
With respect to assembly, I would agree with some of the complaints about instructions. Not insurmountable but could be better. Everything went well until I reached the door handle. They actually give you both a straight and a curved handle so I could use the straight handle to match my refrigerator and wine chiller. I had to go back to the website to find instructions for handle installation. First problem is the handle screws are 1 1/4” long and so is the door thickness so the screws are too short. Of course, screws are metric so nothing on my shelf. Still looking for handle screws locally. Second problem appears while hookin up the hoses. No hose clamps! Again not catastrophic but one more trip to Lowes.
Haven’t gotten the CO2 tank filled yet so no beer yet. Two local distributors want to trade your empty tank for their refilled tank. Since I have this beautiful new lipstick red tank, I’m still looking for someone to fill mine.

I've had this installed for a week now. I love the digital temp control and read out. I bought this one because it was under counter and stainless steel inside and it had a temp range of below 32F. I like my beer ice cold and to do that I need a fridge/kegerator that can go below 32F, so this one was it! It's not very loud at all when running either. If you have any other noise in the room, you won't hear it. Easy to set as well! Only issue I had was, it was missing a leveling foot when I received it. I just used a bolt instead of messing with the hassle of getting a new foot...worked fine. Looks really good under the counter and I love the tower! Looks very professional! So far so good!

Ok, so first let me state that this will be my 4th kegerator in a span of 17 years. I have had a Sanyo which was a workhorse and unfortunately has be discontinued,next was an edgestar outdoor built in unit- this was a pretty good machine but the overall fit and finish not great, basically it is a lower cost category because of this but it did the job and I never had problems with it. Next up was a summit outdoor single tap stainless steel- this was a terrible unit and after 3 repair attempts I was sent s replacement unit from summit and that unit was also non functional with a bad control board. Never again with summit. Last was the kegco from beverage factory- this unit was definitely higher quality and has far more features that all the others I have tried. It has a stainless steel interior, light, digital thermostat and a rapid cool setting for new kegs that helps for parties. I also like the two handle option depending on the rest of your built in equipment to match. Beverage factory also has upgradable faucets (I have the perlick ones and they are worth the money), towers and even regulators! Overall very happy.

So far this unit is working to my expectations.

I mounted mine under my counter for that built in look.

I had two issues with the installation though.

1. The power cord came with a straight plug instead of a 90 degree plug, which allows the unit to be pushed back closer to the wall for that flush built in look. After replacing the plug to a 90 degree it didn\'t stick out from the counter as far and looks much better.
2. After filling the C02 tank at my local gas supplier it sat for a couple days and when I went to start up my unit I realized the gas had leaked out. After inspecting the tank I found that the brass valve on the tank was loose. The customer service team was outstanding and they are sending me a new tank as well as compensating me for my C02 loss with an in store credit good for a future purchase.
All in all I am happy with the quality and performance of this unit.

Very quite unit, keeps perfect temp. I recommend this product.

I was looking for a built-in unit with a chilled tower. After much research I ended up at this unit. I called in to ask a question about the extended warranty plans (the 1500 USD limit doesn't apply ... not sure why it's on there) and Carey quickly had me just buying my entire order on the phone right there.

Pros:
Pretty quiet
Solid build
Low price (relatively)
Great customer service (so far)
Digital thermostat/thermometer
Chilled tower
Child lock
Two choices for door handle, optional top bar/fence

Cons:
Directions and parts were a bit discombobulated (but if you're getting kegerator, you should have a good idea of what you're getting into)
Need to use 90-degree elbows to fit 5gal kegs (the elbows are included, so this is not really a big issue)
The upgraded Perlick taps drip about 3 times after each use. I should have bought a drip tray...
Does gurgle and you can hear the compressor, but it's not too bad. Only draws 1 amp.

Where is the Teacher! I recommend this product.

All is well except there were no instructions how to attach/marry the numerous pieces together. For this amount of money, one would think that a instructional manual would be included just in case we're new to the home Kegerator concept. Ironically, I noticed other reviewers had the same complaints and fortunately for me they answered some of my questions through their reviews. Outside of this big omission (instruction manual in it's entirety, I am happy with my purchase.

I was looking for a nice built in kegerator for my new wet bar and this one was the best 3 tap unit after a long search online.

Pros:
- taller tower and can came with large drip tray with 3" notch (standard) can be an upgrade on other units.
- you can put 3 ball lock kegs in there
- came with two door handle options
- runs quite, that seems to be the issue with other units
- I called and ordered over the phone and they switched out the "D" style connection for ball lock. Great customer service.
- This unit can get colder than the typical converted mini fridge
- very nice interior stainless steel with LED lights

Cons:
- The cleaning kit only comes with the "D" Style connection. Not a big deal since I just put cleaner in a keg and then run it through.
- The door handle is not reversible. Not a huge problem since I don't need to open it all the time.
- For being a built in unit the plug on the cord is not a flat appliance end so I couldn't push it all the way back into the cabinet. I had to buy a plug adapter to get it pushed all the way back.

Despite a few minor things I would definitely recommend this 3 tap kegerator. I would have given a 5 star rating but for a built in unit the plug in should be a flat appliance end.

I spent weeks navigating many websites on kegerators, poring over the few reviews that were out there to help select the right dual-faucet product. I was looking for a dual kegerator with a reliable compressor, chilled draft tower, digital thermostat, and built-in capable. It was confusing. I ended up calling Beverage Factory and they directed me to this Kegco unit which checked all the boxes. Although there weren't many reviews on it, I trusted their advice and -- so far -- i'm glad I did.

The unit arrived MUCH faster than I expected, within a few days. It was well=packaged and was in perfect condition. It arrived with a whole bunch of accessories: draft tower, regulator, empty CO2 tank, couplers, pump cleaning kit, etc etc. Basically it came with everything you need to get started.

My only problem was the instructions. The kegerator had its own set of instructions (which did not include how to attach the door handle) and the coupler/regulator/tank came with it's own printed instructions. It would have been nice to have one manual which walked you though sequentially how to set it up. It also would have been helpful to see how to attach the door handle. Turns out there are holes drilled through the door which you have to access on the inside of the door by pulling back the rubber insulation around the door. I also had to buy screws that were half an inch longer than supplied to attach the door handle.

My only other quibble is that the unit was not shipped with the hose that connects the draft tower to the compressor. However, I called BF and they are shipping it out to me.

To be clear, these are minor concerns. The unit is fully functional now and works fantastic. It's quiet in my opinion (I had read reviews of other units complaining about noise, so I was concerned about this).

Overall, a great product. And, more important, the people at BF have been great. They are easily accessible and responsive to all my questions. I would use them for any future bar/appliance needs.

Came well packaged. Only issue assembling was lack of unit specific instructions - but was able to figure everything out.

Unit is very nice. The LED light inside was a nice surprise. So far is it is working great !

Wish list - the keg taps should come with 90 degree elbows. Slim ponies and 1/6's are too tall to not have them. Luckily I have one from last kegerator.
