I’ve wanted a Kegerator at home for quite some time now. After looking around and talking to friends, Beverage Factory was by far the highest recommended company. We ran into an issue with a back ordered part but a representative contacted me immediately and was. able to fix the issue and then some!
The product shipped soon after and the freight delivery was at my door step within a week after setting up a delivery appointment. Working for a freight carrier myself, I can say that the product packaging was incredible and nothing was damaged.
The kegerator is very well built and you can tell that quality parts are used. After a quick trip to my local beer store, I had the Kegerator set up and was drinking cold beer in a couple hours.
My one constructive criticism is that the beer line should be much longer. Once you get your CO2 saturation and temperature dialed in, lengthening the beer line is the only way of slowing the flow rate and reducing foam.
I would highly recommend buying this product!

Works great for our backyard patio. I would have liked a different splitter for the air lines. I got a two tower and I would have liked a splitter with valves to shut off each size separately instead of a straight splitter without valves.

It arrived and was easy to assemble. Chilled down quickly and was drinking fresh beer within 2 hours and that includes time to go buy the keg!

Although I've only had it a few days, I have no complaints. The instructions are even easy to follow. My only complaint has to do with the shipping. First off they would not deliver it on a Friday (not sure why). Upon arrival the box was torn and the fridge had a minor ding in the side. I could have rejected it but I was heading out of town for an extended time and I didn't want to wait for a month to get a new unit. Otherwise, I'm super happy with the unit!

Shipped immediately so timely delivery. Works great upgraded the tower and tap well worth a few extra dollars. Had another tap system from another vendor sent it back twice. This one is a keeper beer temp is good. You can get two sixtels in it but very tight however cabinet is nice size a bit smaller which I like. Called customer support on a minor issue very helpful. This was a recommendation to me and I would recommend to others.

with in 8 hours the temperature in the kegerator was 32F. thermometer in glass of water and ice was forming in cup. To get two five gallon corny keg is a tight fit with gas and beer lines. I'm in the process of replacing the air splitter with a tee so I can move the regulator and co2 tank to outside of the kegerator.

Quick shipping and no damage.
Very good packaging and easy to assemble.
Everything is in the box.
You want Co2? Take the valve off of the tank and crush 5 lbs of dry ice, dump into tank and Wella. Leave the valve open until you have it retightened. I put 6.1 lbs in the tank and it is a happy camper.
If you are not mechanically inclined don't.
Check ALL of your tubing connections.

Nice cold beer on tap.

Was very nervous about purchasing online, but did so after reading other reviews and have not been disappointed at all. This was a piece that was purchased to add to our home bar area. This kegerator is all that you could hope for without spending a fortune. It functions well, is an attractive piece, and was extremely easy to assemble from the box. And I mean come on...who doesn't want to have a kegerator in their house??? 😁
The Beverage Factory was great to deal with and it was delivered within a week or so after ordering. Overall the experience was great, and I would recommend purchasing from them if you are seriously looking. Cheers

I love the two sixth slim keg setup for beer choice and endless microbrew selections to choose from. The co2 setup is easy and get a thermometer to get the perfect temperature with no foam!

Once you decide that a kegerator is the way to go, this company makes a quality product, great directions, simple and easy set up, and now I own two of them. I have never needed customer service because it just works. Isn't that what everyone wants?

This was my husband's birthday gift after we completed our deck. It looks great, there was no damage. It foams really badly and pours slowly. I got larger CO2 tank and received the holder for the smaller one. They don't have a larger holder which is frustrating. Customer service with the foaming problem was not good so I googled solutions. It's better, still not good.

Never had a kegerator before, this is my first. Started making my own beer a few years ago and really wanted to try home-brew kegs. Did a little research before purchasing. Learned that with some of the other brands that are on the market, frequent complaints about the kegerator are that they can make loud noises, don't chill the beer cold enough, and can be difficult to regulate the pour. Also common complaints are the length of time for shipping and receiving and often the damage that happens in the shipping process. I read the reviews on the Kegco K199B-2 and it rated pretty well by most reviewers so I was convinced to go ahead with my purchase, my only hesitation was that I live in New York and this product was being shipped from San Diego, CA. In the back of my mind I'm thinking that it will take a month to arrive and will probably suffer all kinds of damage. Well let me just say that I was in complete shock when I received a phone call 5 days after placing my order, from a local trucking company wanting to know when they could drop off my kegerator. The kergerator went by air freight from San Diego to New York and was at the trucking company in 5 days and that was with a weekend in there. The trucking company delivered it to my garage, it was on a pallet. Upon inspection, I found it to be in perfect condition. No scratches, no dents, do dings, and all extra parts present and accounted for. Next test, how loud is it going to be? Well I can't even tell that it's running. I can't hear it come on or go off; it doesn't make any loud popping sounds like other kegerators. I set the temperature on the highest setting and stuck a thermometer inside, let it run for a day, the temperature was at 28degrees, bumped it down to the next setting and got it to 31 degrees. No problems with getting this kegerator to a nice cold temp. I tapped my first Micro Brew Sixth Slim keg and after adjusting the PSI and temperature, have been super successful with one beautiful pour after the next! Now I'm looking forward to tapping my own home brew. I've not owned this for very long but so far this has been a great kegerator.

Works great, nice to have draft beer at home, very quiet.
I was surprised of the low temps it can deliver.
Ordered it with the 5 lbs. CO2 tank (enough for me), (2) 5 gal kegs and dual regulator, it all arrived as described.

KEGCO can put more effort on the instructions/manuals and parts supplied, it was not rocket science to put all together but clearer comments would help.

Thanks to all the internet folks who describe how to cool the beer tower, the only addition I made was to install a couple of 1/2" copper pipes to keep the beer lines cool, sprayed the inside of the tower with poly foam and that was it: a cheap way to keep your beer cool all the way from the keg to your glass...

Now I'm happy-pouring brown ale and stout !!!

We currently use this kegerator for dispensing coffee and precarbonated stouts, and it has been a delight for both.

This model is compact and precise, wasting no space at all. The top cleans up much better than our other model and the wire guard does exactly what it should without mucking up the surface.

The hole for incoming gas is *not* large enough for two nitrogen lines (as nitrogen coupling required for us), but was easy enough to mod into a usable condition. Just be mindful of the coolant line.

This model will hold two sixth-barrel standard keg shells and cool them perfectly, but any deviation from the most standard form factor will cause problems.

All in all, this unit has been great for our hobbyist use!

This product came out of the box ready to roll. It took a little to set up but the beer is flowing great! Shipping was very fast and efficient. I will be purchasing from this company again for sure. Not sure about the noise reviews this one is very quiet no louder than a regular dorm fridge.

We bought the kegorator to serve Define Wines rose' on tap ! It is the perfect addition to our pool house. Wheels so it can be used inside or out. Sleek design fits in with our other stainless appliances.

It's our 1st dispenser so have nothing to compare to. Was easy for me to put together (I didn't put the kegs in, but got it ready), while other half at work. They guys did run buy the house to bring it in for me. I already had parts laid out. It was very simple to put together.
All parts were there and arrived with no damage. Have 1st keg in and is carbonating just fine. Soon will instal the 2nd keg! So far so Good.

Built a custom bar-cabinet w/French doors to fit this in; rolls perfect with the casters! Keeps my beer cold and it's always available. Kegging my own beer is way better and faster than bottling! Friends and family love it too!

My Kegerator was delivered in great condition. All in I think it took 30-40 minutes to put everything together. I followed the instructions to let it sit for 8 hrs before plugging it in, then run at the coldest setting. It gets down to 38 degrees, which is perfect. After a week I'm kegged up and drinking tap beer! I timed a batch for the delivery of the kegerator and keg. Very happy with the unit to this point.

This came shipped and packaged really well from California to Florida and arrived in about a week from ordering. Setup was pretty simple, add the castors to the bottom (if you are not putting it under a counter), and attach the tower to the top. I won't go into the setup too much since you can find that info all over the place. I'll talk more about the modifications I did to make this really work well. For some more info, I've had this for a bout 6 months or less, but I have run about 8 to 10 1/6 kegs through it without any problems.

First, the good...

1. It is pretty quiet (in most circumstances)

2. It cools the area to a nice mid to high 30* range without having to modify the thermostat.

3. It will hold 2 1/6 kegs and a CO2 tank with big regulator and have room for a few extra little things (More on that later).

4. It works and you get draft beer right in your house.


Now the bad...

1. It has a REALLY LOUD vibration that occurs only if it's in just the right angle/location/something. (Solution listed below)

2. The cold plate makes a VERY LOUD popping sound. This is because it's too close to the back wall of the unit. (Solution listed below).

3. It has no fans to circulate the cold air and the contents won't get as cold or as fast. (Solution listed below).

4. The lines in the tower are still going to be warm. (Solution listed below).


Solutions via modification:

1. VIBRATION: I went to move it to try to find where exactly the vibration was coming from and after moving it maybe 1/4", it stopped and hasn't made the noise since. So placement is very important. I suspect you could still find what is vibrating and attach some dynamat or some other vibration dampening material if the location can't be altered.

2. POPPING SOUND: For this, I used some spare automotive vacuum hose I had in the garage. I cut 4 pieces off at about 1/4" lengh. I then unscrewed the cold plate from the back wall and re-attached it with a piece of vacuum hose between the plate and wall. The screw went through the natural hole in the hose. Getting the screw back in the threaded hole in the back wall was a bit tricky on a couple, but not too bad. Now it rarely makes a popping sound at all.

3. POOR CIRCULATION: I bought a AI-MPF80A2 Quiet Dual 80mm USB Fan that comes with 2 fans that are linked together with the same wire. I have one blowing from the left side toward the right by the cold plate. And the other is angled just to teh right of that one, but pointing upward. These circulate the air around the inside quite well and evenly cool the contents much quicker than without them. I only paid $15 for them and they are definitely worth it.

4. TOWER IS WARM: I bought a tower cooler. Yes, you can make one yourself, but the amount of time you save by just buying one from someone else is worth it IMHO. I have this sitting next to the other fans (The base that is) with the blower hose just slightly into the tower area and zip-tied to the beer lines. This reduces that first pour foam that you often get due to the warmer temperature beer.

I also bought some USB extension cables so I could run the power for the 2 fan accessories easily.

Another modification (If you want to call it that) is I added a Indoor/Outdoor Digital Suction Cup Thermometer for about $7.00. The suction cup doesn't stick to anything in the kegerator, but it lets me sort of hang it on one of the kegs. It shows min and max temps for the day as well as current temp. I should probably buy a few more to keep as backups since they are so cheap. But this one has worked great the entire time I've had the kegerator and I have dropped it multiple times.


Conclusion...

So with those few modifications, this afordable Kegerator does really well and suits my needs perfectly. I might mount my CO2 tank outside and run a line in to the diverter that will still be inside the unit. But I'll need to get some motivation to do that first. :)

I hope this was helpful. I would definitely recommend this unit to a friend and the modifications I did (All totaled were less than $75). Any other kegerator with those *features* built in would cost a LOT more than that.

Great product for the price (25% + free delivery). Two 5 gal corney kegs fit with room for 5lbs CO2 tank and a 6 pack beer. Would be nice to have 2 holes for CO2 lines so could put tank outside (easier to adjust CO2 when force carbonating). Only has one hole. Also nice that holes for tower were pre-drilled. Overall, value for money was best I could find short of building my own.

I have incorporated my Kegerator into my outside patio bar and so far it is performing great. The assembly instructions are a little sketchy but anyone with some common sense thinking would be able to figure it out. My one issue is as others have stated the plastic clamps for holding hoses together should be upgraded at supplier as plastic over time will become brittle and break, I elected to go to the local hardware and upgrade to stainless gear clamps at the get go and everything is good.

As kegco products go they are as advertised. The keg holds perfect 35 degrees and it's very quiet. The only issue the taps are loose and take some work to make tight. It looks very stylish and was a breeze to setup. The setup takes 30 minutes and don't forget you need a big wrench for the CO2 tank. Couldn't be happier.

Shipping was fast, unit is very quiet can't here it run and easy to assemble, thermostat works great coldest is 38 degrees. There are a couple issues with this fridge but overall I am very pleased. 1) They say it will hold two 1/6 kegs, I have two in it and can't quite close the door I have ratchet strap holding it closed. 2)They say if you are going to have two kegs you have to put the co2 tank inside on shelf because the hole through the back is only big enough for one hose. after talking to a few people I found out your co2 will last twice as long if it stays outside. So I took my dremmel and opened the hole so both hoses will fit and re insulated it. Now I have two kegs and co2 is mounted in rack on back. Other than that I'm very pleased. Have been using it a couple weeks now no issues.

Shipping was fast, the kegarator is nice and easy to assemble, there are a couple of issues that that I would change. 1) They say it will hold two 1/6 kegs, I Have two kegs in it and the door won't shut, I have a ratchet strap holding it shut. 2) I paid extra for the dual gauge regulator if I could do it again I would get my regulator from a weld supply store. 3)The hole in the back for the co2 is only big enough for one hose for one keg, if you use two kegs they say put the co2 bottle inside, after reading and talking to others who say the co2 will last about half as long inside as it would outside, I took my drimmel and opened the hole to fit both hoses and kept the tank outside. Unit is very quiet, cant hear it run, thermostat works well, coldest setting is 39. Follow the directions,assemble the unit, plug it in and let it run a couple days before putting a keg in. All in all I am pleased with the unit.

I really like this kegerator. It arrived quickly and was easy to put together. There was a problem with the tower and Beverage Factory took care of it rather quickly. It fits two pin lock kegs snugly but keeps them ice cold. Definitely should have upgraded to Perlick faucets. I have some on order now.

I recently purchased this kegerator from beverage factory.com. First of all the ordering was simple and straight forward. It was shipped to me on a small palate by a freight company. When it arrived, it was neatly packaged. The refrigeration unit itself came with an instruction booklet and beverage factory sent their own. The assembly directions from the beverage factory were easy to follow. I was set up quickly. I did upgrade to the commercial grade co2 regulator, which I highly recommend because it is made with higher quality parts and just seems stronger than the 'home' use regulator. I had to exchange my co2 bottle at the local welding supply shop, which is okay. It cost me 20 bucks. I then let the kegerator cool for a full 24 hours, which it did quickly. I placed a bottle of beer in the kegerator for 3 hours then checked the temp with a thermometer, 36 degrees at a setting of 4. I hooked my keg up and had no problems. This is a high quality unit for the money, way better than some of the units that I looked at, fit my budget perfectly. I have not had a problem.

So easy to set up, it took my son and I about 1/2 hour to assemble everything.
I turned it on and let it cool down over night. My son brought home a keg of Newcastle the next day and the first glass poured was perfect. I mean perfect small head and a good pour.
I highly recommend this Kegerator.

It is good, and, solid Kegerator, The delivery was fast and everything works great if you follow the directions. The Kegerator keeps the beer from 35 to 40 degrees. However, the draw backs to this unit is that it does make some noise but in the directions it states that this can be normal. Also I highly recommend that you use some sort of fan cooling system for the tower. I put a computer fan in to try to keep the tower cooler and if have found that it work perfect with each pour after.

We have a movie/sports room with and LCD 72" screena nd we love to have friends over to watch games or movies. This is GREAT!! My friends all want one too! It's nice to have all the fun at my house and not spend money going out for a drink! It was easy to set up and get started!!! Highly recommended for fun folks!!

Stupid easy to assemble. I have it in a closet fits perfect. Co2 lines when're together easily when using a dab of cooking oil to assemble. System holds pressure very well. Make sure all fittings have their rubber gaskets in them and that they're tight. The only issue is that there is no fan to circulate the air. Solved this by getting an AC computer cooling can from radio shack and put it in the fridge and got a wireless outdoor thermometer to monitor the temp in the unit. Very happy with this purchase.

I have to say that my experience with Beverage Factory has been excellent. They are great to work with and they are fast. I had this within 6 days from placing my order. Not to mention the deal on free shipping! We put this together in a couple hours (we did not have a wrench big enough for the Co2 bolt that connects to the coupler so we had to buy that LOL) That was the only complication. After all of the parts were together and the keg was hooked up, we let it sit for about 12 hours and then had our first beer. We have the pressure set at 9PSI and the beer comes out a little slower but it works because there is not a head on the beer. I am definitely going to order the import coupler so we can get some other premium spirits.

This was easy to setup and get running. It looks great and functions perfect. I looked at a ton of kegerators and for the price I am really happy! Directions are easy to follow with some gaps of information missing but its easy to tell what goes where with a little forward thinking. Pours great and foaming at the start was at a minimum. Do your homework on pressure settings and it should be great. I have my pressure set at about 6 to 7 psi.

I went with this one because I had a bunch of stainless appliances I wanted it to match and I liked that it had the temperature display. It really looks great and the stainless goes really well in my kitchen. It's real easy to set up so once you get your tank filled, you're pouring beer in no time. It took me a bit to find a place that would fill my tank instead of trying to exchange it for an old rusty steel one, so you might want to get an extra tank if you have the same situation in your area.

My main complaint is that the instructions were not well written. I still was able to figure it out. The unit works perfectly. I set the Co2 to a low setting and that seems to help with the foam.

We are using this kegerator every day and are very satisfied. I purchased it for my husband as a gift. He thinks it could be a little bigger inside for the 1/2 keg to fit. For smaller kegs this unit is perfect.

I have been wanting to serve cold draft beer at my parties for a while now. I did not have a lot of space so I picked this unit. I am currently pouring beer from a local brewery. It comes in a 5 gallon keg so the smaller cabinet size works great for me. I would prefer the unit go to a lower setting.

This just barely holds two 1/6 barrels with the regulator inside. (note that the regulator MUST be inside if you use two hoses because only one hose fits through from the back) it really seems worth the extra cost to get the slightly-larger cabinets. Also, tall 1/6 barrel kegs (look like Cornies, but have Sankey coupling) will fit, but only with a low-profile coupler. So be sure you know the barrel size, or you will have to drop extra $ for that (might be worth initial upgrading for one of the couplers, if possible).

I bought this unit because of the price. It could be a little colder. I wasted some beer early on because I had the wrong gas setting. Assebmling the unit was easy. Had problems with one of the screw holes.

Pretty decent for what I paid for. It is easy to put together. Some initial foaming because I did not set the temp low enough. I recommend you set it as cold as it goes. The beer tasted great and fresh even after 3 weeks. Hoping Keg 2 will taste even better.

I love this kegerator. At first I was going to buy a chest freezer and convert it, but due to my lack of handyman skills my wife talked me into a manufactured kegerator. We looked at a bunch of them and this was what we chose. I love it, it works great. It was easy to assemble, to switch from the standard sanke coupler to ball lock corny keg couplers, and first pour was a dream. It definitely beats a cobra tap! The coldest setting is #6 at 36 F, and the warmest setting is #1 at 45 F. I really love this kegerator.

I purchased the Imbibe last month. Everything arrived in perfect condition. It was the best for me as it is 20 inches wide and doesn't take up a lot of floor space. The parts assembled easy. I did call Beverage Factory for assistance on the regulator which was easy once I understood. It fit my 2 Pepsi kegs no problem. I keep the Co2 tank on the inside, however, it does have a rack on back if you desire.

I bought it for a birthday present. My husband had to assemble it. It took him over an hour to put it together and place it in our game room. The unit has an attractive design.

My husband is on his second keg and loves it. The kegerator works with domestic kegs but he said if we want to order different types of kegs, we can buy a different tap.

The beer has been very tasty. My husband freezes some beer mugs so the whole drinking experience is enhanced. Overall I am gladd with my purchase.

I wanted a beer dispenser that I could put in my basement but not cost too much. So far I am happy with my purchase. Gone through 2 parties and unit is working fine. I keep temperature control at the coldest setting to limit the foam. The unit is tight to fit the keg in but it fits.

I love having a kegerator at home. It was pretty easy to set up and went to a local paintball store to fill up my tank on a Saturday. The only thing I had to deal with was some foam that tweaking the regulator helped. I have placed it in my garage and it works great. A full keg is a lot cheaper than cases of beer so I like the additional savings.
