Arrived by freight about a week after ordering. Arrived in perfect condition, box was intact with no damage and not a nick or scratch on the wine fridge. Knew going in from reviews this wasn't going hold 99 bottles, we got about 60 so beware of that when considering its size. So far has kept zones within a degree or two of what they are set to. Looks great although the LED lighting was a little underwhelming.

We have been using our wine cooler for 2 weeks now. It seems to be working fine as far as cooling but it is noisy, which the site claims is quiet. The racks are also too close together so when the bottles are double stacked you can't pull out the rack above the double stacked bottles without it getting caught on the bottles below the rack you're pulling out. Other than that, it seems to be doing a good job and is attractive.

I really like this unit and so does everyone who's seen it- fair deal and quick shipment! Just wish the plastic wrap came off easier.

First unit did not cool, but they replaced right away. Good customer service. Second unit is cooling nicely and is very quiet. It does not hold 99 bottles. More like 65 but it looks nice and works fine. Handle is backordered???
