So Far, So Good I recommend this product.

Nice looking. Arrived undamaged with minimal installation required (door handle). Directions did suggest it be fastened to a wall to avoid tipping. I didn't do that.
Vents from the bottom, so it can be placed against a wall.
I'm not sure why it suggests to remove all bottles and turn off the unit if one will be on vacation for more than 3 weeks. I use this unit for storing "the good stuff" so I don't open it often, but I guess I need to open it every three weeks, at least.

Durable, but not good for pinot/chard I would not recommend this product.

Bought 2 of these 2 years ago.
They have worked well.
Delivery and customer service have been great.

The only issue is normal-sized chard and pinot bottles get their labels scratched as the shelves move in and out. The shelf heights are not adjustable, on this model.

so as long as you only have Bordeaux bottles, this is perfect.
But if you like Syrah, Zin, Pinot, or other wine that comes in "burgundy" style soft shouldered bottles, you will need to accept some scratching, or rotate your bottles so the labels are not facing up (not ideal).

I am buying another one from Allavino that has adjustable shelves. I'd go for that...

This wine cooler arrive in perfect shape, largely due to Beverage Factory's super-cushioned packaging. 2 people were able to move it from delivery truck, up our elevator, and into our pantry.
This cooler replaces a less-expensive one from another supplier, whose compressor failed for third time in 16 years. thus, Beverage Factory's added 2nd-5th year warranty for replacing compressor is an added benefit.
I appreciate the Flexcount model's sliding shelves, vs. the fixed shelves in my earlier cooler ... I can store more bottles in this 177-bottle cooler than I could in my earlier cooler's 220-bottle rating due to shelf configuration and spacing.

Working well so far I recommend this product.

The product arrived and was placed outside exactly where I had recommended. The Packing was excellent and arrived without any damages. I have only had unit one week. Works very well so far. The shelves move freely, much better than other units. I am pleased. The noise level is moderate, but certainly tolerable. Like all wine coolers, you will never be able to fit the total number of bottle the company promotes, however, it definitely meets my needs. This unit far exceeds my previous one.

The unit is running very well, but the real story is the excellent customer service that Beverage Factory provided. The shipping company delivered the unit without any notice (which is not BF's policy). After unpacking the unit I discovered pretty bad damage to the upper right corner. I sent pictures of the damage to BF and literally within minutes I was contacted via phone and email by their customer service rep, Charlie. He offered to exchange the unit, return the unit for a refund or provide compensation for the damage. Since the damage was cosmetic and placed in the garage I opted for the compensation. Charlie's handling of the problem was the best. It was not BF's fault that the shipper damaged the unit, but they stood behind the purchase and I would highly recommend purchasing from them.

I couldn’t be happier with this wine refrigerator. It holds all size bottles w/o removing shelves. It’s good looking and appears to be well made. The door is heavy and the shelves are sturdy and it’s relatively quiet. I would buy another one if I had room.

I was looking for a large capacity wine cooler and found this one from Beverage Factory. Since I was moving to a new house, I was holding off on pulling the trigger on ordering the unit. That’s when I got an email coupon which convinced me to order. I called and spoke with a sales rep who arranged to hold the shipment for two weeks. Delivery was right to the front door. I unpacked the unit and it looked great. Two options for the handle. I had the builder create a nook so I could install the Allavino as a built-in. I’ve set the temp and I’ll be loading up the bottles tonight but so far, I’m extremely satisfied. I’ll save the 5th star until I see how it performs fully loaded.

Beautiful fit and finish. Shelving is study and flexible. If you have a large number of Chardonnay or Pinot Noir bottles, the bottle count will be much less. Unsure about consistency of temperature control but seems actual temp is about 2 degrees below temp setting. If you need the unit installed inside your home, suggest paying for extra service. The unit is very heavy and extremely difficult to move without equipment and people.

I do like the looks, price and storage capacity of this wine refrigerator. However the temperature variance between the third from the top and third shelf on the bottom ranges from 57 degrees to 64 degrees. This unit is one year old. I was considering purchasing another unit, however I am hesitant at this point.

This wine fridge solved all previous problems with storage. The FlexCount design is a huge improvement in fitting larger bottles and being able to pull the shelves all the way out to see the back row. Highly recommend this unit and BeverageFactory.

Up and operating for about 2 weeks now with both units. Very stylish, holds ALL my wine, shelves pull out nearly all the way. Just wish that the units had lights that came on when the door opened and faded out in about 10 secs once the door was shut. Temperature is +/- 2 or 3 degrees, but must say when I look at the temps, they are usually right on the settings I have chosen.
The only negative comment I have is they are just a little louder than what I expected, but not a problem!
Delivery was great and assistance from the driver in getting them through the threshold was a blessing.
Dealing with the Beverage Factory was fantastic!

So far so good! I have only had the units for a couple of weeks. Beautiful, functional, racks hold all my wine with no problem and really like the full extension of the racks! The temperature is +/- a couple of degrees, although the majority of the time I look at the temp. gauge, it is right on for the reds/whites. There are blue LED lights for the units, but they do not come on when you open the door and fade off automatically in about 10 seconds like in the units these are replacing. You have to push a button to turn on/off. No big deal.
Although this was not white glove delivery, the driver was extremely nice in assisting me in getting both units unpacked, inspected and through the threshold.

Allavino is replacing dual units that I ordered back in August from another company that had to be returned because of operation problems. (I will mention the name of the other company just to save anyone huge headaches...Avallon). One would think that paying this kind of money for these big wine refrigerators....they would operate correctly. Just wish that I would have gone with Allavino in the first place which would have saved me many headaches in dealing with the other company!

I must say in dealing with the Beverage Factory, they were very professional and very painless! Definitely cannot say that about the other company.

Good looking and appears to be well-made. It has a bit more temperature variation than I was hoping for; set to 58 degrees and temperature varies between 55-60 degrees but otherwise would be 5 stars

The FlexCount 177 is perfect for our wine storage. The grooved shelves keep the bottles in place and the shelves roll all the way out, making it easy to grab or place bottles. The larger Pinot and Syrah bottles fit on all shelves, although I need to turn them so that a label isn't on top as the bottle does drag a bit... nothing serious. The temperature seems to stay within 2 degrees of the setting.

The process from beginning to end was executed beautifully. Even the delivery people were efficient and friendly. The FlexCount Series 177 Bottle Single Zone Wine Refrigerator is a great product especially when others like it are so much more expensive. Beautiful design and I enjoy just looking at it. I am a wine investor and this product will store my collection for a long long time...

Just installed these and they are wonderful! They are quiet and perfect for the home. The instructions for installation were clear and accurate. If you are installing them yourself, just beware that they are heavy and will need packing straps to lift for placement. Didn't get the "white glove" service and that was okay with additional help for moving them from the pallets to their place inside the home. Stairs would be difficult.

Would buy again. quiet !!! I recommend this product.

Came well packaged and in perfect condition. Runs quietly and seems to hold it's temperature. Like it better than other higher priced units I have seen.It seems to stick out a little farther than advertised from my kitchen cabinets. we will see how it looks when enclosed.

Lovely cooler.... holds all our wine. It was easy to set up & though the motor is audible, it's not offensive. So far it's met our expectations. Our experience with Beverage Factory was fantastic. They're extremely knowledgable & helpful, gave us good, honest pointers & were extremely responsive to our queries & concerns.

I had been looking all over for a cellar that the larger California Cab bottles would fit in without scraping the labels. Found it in this fridge!! The metal shelves are strong yet thin enough to give you that extra shelf room for those CA Cabs. Very well insulated and keeps the temperature within a degree usually even though I have it in my Texas garage. Very pleased with the perfect cellar!

For several years I wanted to move to a larger wine fridge and get more serious about my collection, but wine fridges are an interesting bunch. Most reviews for fridges that are 60-300 bottle count are abysmal because the shelves are built in a way that only Bordeaux bottles will fit. Syrah, Calfornia cab and many other bottle types have their labels torn off when you try to fit them in if they fit at all.

Not this fridge. Everything you want to fit has a place that it'll fit into. The main shelves easily hold my Cali cabs, and the shelving design is brilliant. Bottles fit together perfectly whether they're short, average or tall. There's 3 extra large shelves that can take your syrah, larger bottles or whatever else you may have. Heck, you can even turn them into display shelves if you want.

The compressor makes a bit of noise, but this is normal for a design of this type (it's not thermo-electric). Temperature stays fairly constant, which is important, and it's single zone because I only store red in it

The shelves are such an improvement! I recommend this product.

I use this in a wine and paint studio. I had a similar Allavino wine cooler which lasted exactly four years and then died. I really liked it, except for the same things people complained about every brand. The shelves were too narrow and the wood sagged and bowed, making even less space between shelves. This new cooler was delivered without a scratch on the packaging. I moved it into place and then waited three hours before plugging it in. It started right up and cooled instantly! The shelves are such an improvement! I can fit two cases of my most popular wine on the top shelf of the cooler without sagging! It's a single zone, so it works even better than the previous dual zone cooler I had previously. I didn't like the electrical component on the previous cooler because it was in between the two zones, and I feel it added to the cooler's demise. The electronics on this one is on the top. No fear of dripping from wine or melting frost.

We chose this unit as we read that the shelves were sturdy and that it could work well across a wider ambient temperature range (in a heated and cooled garage). We have just received it and got it filled. So this is premature but...

Delivery was easy, it was on a wood pallet in a bomb proof cardboard crate. Delivery was on time. We only wanted it in a garage area so there was no challenge for moving it into place.

The feet of the unit are easy to screw in and out to make it level.The 2 handles provided were nice and easily installed.

The interior is of excellent quality, the shelves do not sag one millimeter when full -- a problem with a Marvel unit we currently have. There are several different shelf heights to accommodate differing bottle diameters. Since we are storing mostly California Cabs this really isn't a huge issue.

The only issue I can see so far is that the lock isnt very sturdy and is located on the bottom of the door. It will basically keep out curious folks or children/teens.

Overall this is an excellent unit so far. If there are any issues with the temperature we will update

I did a lot of research and bought the FlexCount Dual Zone wine refrigerators based on both the price point and the positive ratings I read on the internet.

I've only had the units for a week, but so far I'm extremely pleased.

Positives: Very attractive unit. The drawer storage is (for the most part) brilliant. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. The refrigerator plugs into a standard outlet and (according to my electrician) draws very little power. My entire wine collection fit into the coolers and I can access any bottle I want at any time with relative ease. Special shelves for champagne bottles are perfect.

Negatives: A couple of bottle styles don't store easily. For example, long skinny bottles with high shoulders don't "nest" properly so you can only use the front row. Fat stubby bottles may interfere with the drawers' ability to open and close easily. The drawers don't open all the way so you can't easily read the labels on bottles in the back row.

Be prepared, the units are quite heavy. I rented an appliance dolly and moved them into the basement myself. At some point physics took over and the 310 pound refrigerator nearly pulled the 190 man down an entire flight of stairs. This is a 2 person job even with the appliance dolly, which I highly recommend.

I did buy the 3 year warranty -- hopefully I won't have to use it.

On balance, I think this has been a GREAT purchase!

This unit works as advertised and doesn't brake the bank. I love the fact that you can store just about any size of bottle type inside this refrigerator, which is a problem with many other manufactures. I don't store much more than 100 or so bottles at a time, so it works really well for me. I just recently received the unit, so I can't comment on how it will perform over the long term, but so far, so good. I did buy the 5 year extended warranty, just in case, and did pay a little extra to have it unpacked and set in place in my basement "Man Cave".

I looked for a large single zone wine cellar off and on for about 6 months. I kept coming back to this one as the ratings and reviews seemed the highest for the price.
I finally ordered it and it delivered within 10 days. The unit came on a small pallet and was packed really well.
I unpacked it and moved it with my buddy within 30 minutes and had it against the back wall in my garage next to my regular garage frig.
The handle came days before and I put it on in 5 minutes.
I powered the unit up and started loading it right away. The quality seems very nice, I love the shelves and roller hinges. The blue light and tinted glass door are sweet.
The lock is the only item I am disappointed with. After spending almost $2k on this frig it was a bummer to see what type of lock they put on the frig. It works fine and it is similar to other wine frig locks but it seems like spending another $5 to have a real lock would be an easy decision.
3 weeks into owning it and I love it!

I researched extensively prior to purchasing the FlexCount Series Wine Refrigerator. I like to read the reviews but I don't necessarily comment on the products that I buy. However, the overall experience of buying this item, quality, delivery, price & customer service were over the top so I decided to comment. It came with two handles (straight & curved) and I like the straight handle. I highly recommend it to all the wine lovers who needs a wine refrigerator. As a matter of fact, I recommended it and provided all the information to a friend who was looking for this size wine refrigerator.

I had a house in Maryland with a nice cool basement. Then I retired to Florida and had to keep my wine cool. After researching wine coolers I thought that this was the best buy. I placed an order and it arrived a day early. The delivery person was most helpful in getting the unit into my home.

I have had the unit for nearly a month and it keeps the temperature within 2 degrees plus or minus. All my wine fit easily even the heavier Cab bottles. If you are looking for a wine cooler, check out this one. You will not be disappointed.

I put them in my garage and they seem to be do great. Since it is two that you put side to side I was not able to get them square(though it could be the garage). The shelf spacing is perfect.

The unit(s) are quiet and hold a good steady temperature. The absolute best thing is the larger wine bottles fit exactly like they state! I am able to get 11 of the larger bottles on a shelf although it is snug.

My only complaint is the temperature settings. I have two top quality thermometers, one in each side. In order to keep my red wines on both sides at the same temperature I have to set one about 4 degrees higher than the other. That is a very small complaint for an otherwise perfect wine refrigerator!

This cooler replaced a 60 unit one and it is just as quiet. The roller shelfs slide out easly. While it will probably not hold 177 bottles there are three shelfs that you can stack several rows or larger bottles. Had a few minor issued but suport hadled them quickly with no problem. I have another 60 one which will get replaced soon.

Finally a wine cooler worth the price I recommend this product.

This wine cooler was purchased for the sole purpose of cooling larger type bottles and I was very impressed with the shelf configuration. Haven't seen any other unit that can accommodate my wine collection especially at this price point

We got this wine fridge because our older one finally died on us. We did a lot of research and we're happy with our decision to go with an Allavino. I really like the racking design and the fridge looks very nice in our kitchen. We were looking at wine fridges in a wide range of prices and decided this was going to be our best bet...and so far we were right.

I had a wine refrigerator from another brand that I was only getting about half the capacity I was supposed to because I had to take out every other shelf to fit my bottles. So it was this big fridge taking up lots of space without much capacity. My friend got one of these Allavinos and when I saw how the shelves worked, I knew I had to get one for myself. It arrived on time, fit perfectly in my space and fits my bottles exactly as they should without having to remove any shelves. My only problem now is I have to go buy some more wine to fill up the extra space I have... poor me!

I currently do not have enough wine to completely fill it, but all my bottles fit comfortably. The unit is very easy to load using the slide out shelves. The unit is heavy so I had to be careful moving it to my desired location, but it looks and works great so far. I have only had this unit for about a week, but everything seems to be running great. The unit is very quiet and also has an attractive door design. I will update if anything changes, but so far I would definitely recommend this model.

We ordered this wine refrigerator for our newly remodeled kitchen, and we are very happy with it so far. We opted to pay more for white glove service, they brought it into the house, unpacked the unit and removed all the cardboard, it was worth the extra money to not have to do that ourselves.
