This cooler was recommended to me by Ericka in customer service. I was a bit “ in the dark” when it came to what I really needed for my collection . Ericka provided me with the information I needed and guided me to the right cooler! I almost bought the wrong cooler at a higher price but she set me straight! The Allavino is attractive and quiet. I was worried about noise and vibration as I have a tiled floor. This unit is rock solid!
My only concern is that I wish it would accommodate large Pinot and champagne bottles better. Maybe have a shelving option to purchase to accommodate these large bottles. I did have to remove one shelf to fit my Turley Zin bottles. Also an adjustable bottle holder system would be nice.
Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and really pleased with the excellent customer service!

This wine refrigerator is easy to set up and use. The slide-out racks are very solid and quiet. Recommend you use a thermometer to check temperature upon initial setting. Great equipment!
